Product Design
With extensive experience in product UX design, I have worked with prominent companies and startups. I managed UX and product development for GoodWorker, a comprehensive jobs classified and learning platform. At Airtel, I improved user experience and metrics for the Thanks App version 2.0 by fixing broken journeys and internal systems incrementally. I also co-founded Watchlyst, a content aggregator app, and consulted with many startups on product design, including problem-solving, marketing, and technology development. My experience provides a deep understanding of the product design universe and the ability to create solutions that balance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
Growth Design
As a UX design lead at Airtel, I aimed to increase monthly active users (MAUs) and customer lifetime value (CLV) of the Airtel Thanks app. I developed a playbook that included referral programs, upsell incentives, coupon distribution programs, lead generation pages, partner ads platform, and more. With these tactics, I improved user acquisition and engagement, resulting in a substantial increase in MAUs. My UX design experience equipped me with the skills and knowledge to enhance user experience, drive growth, and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty on digital platforms.
Graphic Design
Throughout my advertising career, I have successfully tackled various design challenges, including creating brand books, developing campaign looks, designing identities, and creating key artworks. Visual design has always been a key competence in my work, and I have consistently delivered exceptional results across a varied range of projects.
Fashion Design
With a 4-year degree in fashion from NIFT, I gained experience in creating and managing fashion portfolios while working for an export house. During my time there, I developed portfolios for international brands such as Adidas, Benetton, and Puma, covering a range of fashion items from graphic tees to casual wear to evening dresses for both men and women.
Ecom Design
As a product design professional, I have helped automate and optimize operations for various brands, including thinkplanty.com and KRBN. I achieved this by implementing product design strategies such as process automation, scaling up operations, and enhancing the customer experience. My work led to increased efficiency, product expansion, optimized acquisition channels, and streamlined processes. My experience in product design enables me to improve business operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth and profitability.
Agile & Lean Processes
Professionally, I have developed a deep understanding and proficiency in both Agile and Lean methodologies within the organization. My experience includes applying research insights to drive metric improvements, executing fast and efficient iteration cycles, establishing and maintaining design systems, facilitating seamless team collaboration and communication, and successfully conducting sprint planning and review processes.
Content Creation
In my professional capacity, I have led and collaborated with a team of skilled art directors and designers to produce highly effective 360° digital campaigns and digital-ad books for prominent brands such as Airtel, Samsung, Coke, Sprite, and Bacardi, as well as for my own start-ups Watchlyst and Planty. I also co-created the widely popular "Kejriwize" marketing campaign during the Delhi election in 2014, which achieved significant viral success online.

I have had the privilege of working and training under some of the best creative directors in the industry. I have worked on several high-profile brands, including Bacardi, GSK, Coke, Sprite, Budweiser, HBO, Dabur, ITC, Samsung, Toshiba, Panasonic, HLA University, and more. With 5 years of experience in digital advertising and working with top agencies such as Webchutney and Cheil, I have delivered successful campaigns that focus on brand awareness, engagement, and sustainability. As an active core member, I have contributed to and participated in many award-winning ideas and events. I have also been a part of several successful pitches as a member of the think tank in these agencies.
