Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop BCP (Business Customer Profile) and identify Accelerators & VCs in India based on Hotjar’s target verticals.
  1. Identify the Key decision-makers of Accelerators & VCs and is responsible for partner development program
  1. Once partnerships are established, the person in this role manages the day-to-day operations and logistics of the partner programs.
  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with accelerator and VC partners is critical to the role.
  1. The person managing partner programs should constantly seek ways to improve and enhance the accelerator and VC programs.
  1. Managing partner programs requires collaboration with various internal teams, such as marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
  1. Organize and manage the co-events along with Accelerators & VCs to onboard BCPs
