Acquisition
The number of sites that use Hotjar is lesser than the SOM for India. There is a huge opportunity to gain more users. In order to achieve 2x revenue growth, we will have to increase the number of new users acquired through Organic, Paid Ads and ABM (for Enterprises)

Monetization:
Based on user feedback, pricing has to be worked out. Also, we need to add some features to create stickiness and help with conversions. As a second lever, monetization can created the needed impact for required growth through upsell , more free to paid conversions and tweaking of pricing plans
