- The current onboarding process has multiple screens even before the code installation step.
- Multiple screens = User fatigue= Higher chances of drop-offs
- There is no AHA moment during this process
- There is a 15-days free trial but it is not discoverable and most users were unaware about it- a missed opportunity!
- Competitors such as Clarity and Lucky Orange provide a quicker self-onboarding

- Increase discoverability of the free trial, so that loss aversion can be leveraged to push from Free → Paid
