To build trust for the Hotjar brand and the product
Premise
Hotjar as a company is built around the principle of empathy; understanding the real human experience of what it’s like to work at Hotjar, use the product, or be an end-user for its customers. Additionally, one of Hotjar’s core values is to have customers at the heart of everything.
Keeping these two in mind, we propose building a community for Product Managers, Product Marketers, Growth Marketers, UI/UX designers, and CXOs from the Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design teams to come together and discuss anything and everything under the sun around Conversion Rate Optimization. This will be a place to discuss tools, techniques, successes in Conversion Rate Optimization strategies, network with like minded folks and find solutions.
Additionally, as a subset of this community, we will onboard existing users of Hotjar, and build a real-time support channel.
Goal
